Build Your Career With Little Caesars!
Little Caesars is looking for motivated, hardworking, and ambitious Restaurant Managers to join our growing team in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our parent company owns and operates 17 restaurant locations across multiple Canadian provinces, providing the stability of an established organization along with excellent opportunities for professional development, career advancement, and long-term growth.
We are especially interested in connecting with French-speaking candidates who are looking to build a successful career and future in Canada.
We're Looking for Hands-On Leaders!
This is a highly hands-on, operational leadership position. We are not looking for someone who wants to manage a restaurant from behind a desk.
Our Restaurant Managers work full-time in their restaurants, alongside their teams, leading by example every single day.
Whether it's helping during a busy dinner rush, coaching a new employee, ensuring our pizzas are prepared to the highest standards, or delivering exceptional customer service, our managers are actively involved in the operation.
We believe the best leaders don't just tell people what to do. They show them how it's done.
The right candidate will take ownership of their restaurant, lead with energy and enthusiasm, and build a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team of restaurant employees and supervisors.
- Work directly alongside team members, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to operational excellence.
- Plan and supervise food preparation, production, and service to maintain Little Caesars' quality standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Manage food costs, labour expenses, inventory, purchasing, and restaurant profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve operational results.
- Resolve customer concerns and support a positive guest experience.
- Develop future leaders by mentoring and promoting talented employees from within the organization.
- Create a positive, respectful, and productive working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant environment.
- A genuine passion for the restaurant business and leading people.
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to work alongside your team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to leading by example.
- Flexibility to work restaurant operating hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ambition to grow professionally and take on greater responsibilities over time.
French-speaking and bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. We welcome applications from qualified candidates currently living in Canada and abroad, including individuals who may qualify for Canada's Francophone Mobility work permit program.

Our Commitment to Your Future in Canada
We don't just want to help you build a successful career. We want to help you build a future in Canada.
As an established Canadian employer with operations across multiple provinces, we recognize the value that international employees bring to our organization.
Our company is fully committed to helping and supporting eligible employees who wish to obtain permanent residence in Canada.
We understand that immigrating to a new country is a significant undertaking, and we believe employers have an important role to play in supporting their employees throughout that journey.
Where applicable, our company is prepared to provide employment documentation, employer support for eligible immigration programs, and assistance throughout the permanent residence process.
We are particularly interested in welcoming French-speaking candidates who may qualify for Canada's Francophone Mobility work permit program and who are interested in establishing a long-term career and future in Canada.
While immigration eligibility and permanent residence decisions are determined by Canadian immigration authorities and cannot be guaranteed, our commitment to supporting our employees and helping them achieve their long-term goals is genuine.
We want people who are interested in growing with us, and we're prepared to invest in their future.
