1. Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
2. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
3. Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
4. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
5. Package take-out food
6. Portion and wrap foods
7. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
8. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
9. Stock refrigerators and salad bars
